Everyone begins in the same circle. In the Rookie circle, you will learn about the tools you will be using to work on deconstructing whichever lenses you need to. After you go through the first circle, you will then be added to a specialty circle. This will be based on your specific needs and a therapist recommendation. You will have a safe spot, a support circle, and a mentor who understand your pain. This will provide you with the elements that you need to find your light. You just have to surrender to this program and do a LOT of self-work and soul searching. If you are ready for that, we will gladly hold your hand with those in the circle to accompany you while on your journey.
Circle
The group element fosters personal connection. Covid changed the world and for those who suffer with self-love and other mental health issues may end up a little reclusive. While you are on your healing journey, your feedback and growth will inspire and help others on their journey. Each group is personalized as much as possible. We have a large array of special circles, 14 in total. Participation in a group setting is crucial! We strive for this! The connections you make here can last a lifetime, and the bonds formed can also lead to future accountability when you see self-esteem issues creeping back. Healing is not linear! This program changes that drowning feeling into manageable.
Mother
Earth
The final component of the circle concept is mother earth. We get our medicine from earth, we get our homes from earth and our food. Part of this program involves supporting environmental initiatives. This completes the circle concept. The Earth restores us, and so to should we work to restore the Earth. This is balance. This is required. We need to do this for our future generations. In 150 years, what will we be leaving them? This part of the program is incorporated throughout the entire length of the program. We partner with local state parks and community parks and nature centers to provide volunteer assistance. We will assist those out of area make similar connections if requested.
